System Amplify (also written SystemAmplify; we, us) is a trade name of Roger Acharya and operates systemamplify.com. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information.

We collect the information you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and business type, when you submit a form, contact us, book a consultation or respond to our Facebook and Instagram ads.
We also collect the information you submit through our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, and we use it for the same purposes described in this policy.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and remind you of appointments, provide our services, send text messages you have agreed to receive, and improve our website and services.
Text messaging (SMS opt-in)
Our lead forms offer two separate, optional text message consents. If you check the first box, we use your mobile number to send appointment-related messages about your inquiry, such as confirmations, scheduling details and reminders. If you check the second, separate box, we also use your mobile number to send promotional messages, such as offers and updates about our services. You can agree to one, both or neither. Opt-in is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help.
